• Collaborate with physicians and staff to evaluate and revise treatment goals.
• Document evaluations and treatment sessions per departmental guidelines.
• Provide patient/family education, discharge instructions and referrals as appropriate.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality and timely attendance at meetings.
