Qualifications

• Education includes a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or PCT program, or related apprenticeship.
• Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on age and condition under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and discharge care.
• Document data accurately in patient records and report changes.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort; monitor and respond to needs.
• Support unit operations and participate in performance improvement activities.
