Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document activities.
• Participate in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Document vital signs, I&O, weights, and treatments.
• Support unit activities such as supply stocking and equipment cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
