Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete state-approved training program for Home Health Aides.
• Valid Home Health Aide certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Remind individuals to take medications and assist with administration.
• Keep track of vital signs and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals meeting dietary requirements.
• Engage in meaningful, compassionate conversations with clients.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and families.
