Parx Home Care in Florida is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide or CNA to join our caring team. You will deliver personalized in-home care, supporting clients with daily activities and health needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Ideal candidates hold a state-approved Home Health Aide training or CNA license, with at least 1 year of experience and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and empathy are essential to provide safe, compassionate care.
Competenze
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides or CNA License.
- A valid Home Health Aide certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills with clients and families.
- Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Mansioni
- Assist individuals with daily needs: bathing, grooming, dressing.
- Remind and assist with medication administration.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team.
- Light household tasks to maintain a safe home.
- Prepare meals meeting dietary requirements.
