Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Male Home Health Aide to support individuals in their homes. The role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility including Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
