Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Support Assistant to join Our team in Charleston, WV. This role focuses on providing essential one-on-one care in the home health setting while supporting clerical and administrative operations under the Branch Manager/Administrator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of clerical/office responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical and administrative support in home health operations.
• Respond to incoming calls and manage paper flow.
• Maintain patients' records and processing of records requests.
• Procure and stock/dispense medical and office supplies and equipment.
• Register patients into and maintain the tele-monitor program (if applicable).
