Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Support Assistant to join our team in the West Virginia home care setting. The role focuses on providing essential one-on-one care while supporting clerical and administrative tasks under the Branch Manager or Administrator.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year of clerical/office responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical and administrative support in home health operations.
• Respond to incoming calls and manage paper flow.
• Maintain patients’ records and process release of records.
• Procure and stock medical and office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain lab requests for billing purposes.
• Distribute interoffice forms and correspondence.
• Register patients into tele-monitor program (if applicable).
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
