Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in West Virginia seeks a compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities and provide companionship to help maintain independence in a familiar setting.

You will perform meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance with a client-centered approach and strong communication. Orientation and training are provided; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
