Job summary

Herewith seeks an In-Home Dialysis Technician to support patients receiving dialysis at home. You will set up treatments, monitor safety, and coordinate with a clinical team to ensure patient wellbeing.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of NxStage experience, be reliable and compassionate, and able to work independently with support from a clinical care team. Training and placement assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dialysis patient support experience
• Prior familiarity with home dialysis equipment preferred
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform

Responsibilities

• Set up and support patient for dialysis treatments (NxStage or equivalent)
• Provide companionship and ensure schedule adherence
• Monitor safety and assist with light ADLs
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators
• Document concerns or changes observed during shifts
