Job summary

CareAparent is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors in Minnesota. Duties include personal care, meal planning and transport, with a focus on safe, respectful, and reliable service.

The position offers weekly pay, paid training, PTO, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan. Flexible scheduling supports 20–40+ hours per week within a 20‑mile radius of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current Minnesota CNA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Personal & Hygiene Care: assist with bathing, grooming, shaving, hair care, dressing, and skin care.
• Nutrition: meal planning and preparation, including special diets; provide medication reminders.
• Homemaking Care: light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing client home.
• Companion & Respite Care: provide companionship and support social activities.
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and assist with medications.
• Safety and Supervision: maintain safe home environment and provide updates to supervisors.
• Documentation/Record Keeping: document client changes and prepare time sheets and notes.
