Zusammenfassung

CareAparent is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Minnesota to provide compassionate, safe home care. You will assist with personal hygiene, meals, transportation, and companionship, delivering high-quality care in clients’ homes within a 20‑mile radius.

We offer weekly pay, paid training, PTO, travel pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and 401(k) with employer match; schedule is flexible with 20–40+ hours weekly on a local basis.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Minnesota CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current Minnesota CNA Certification must be active.

Aufgaben

• Personal & Hygiene Care: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and skin care.
• Nutrition: plan and prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Homemaking Care: light housekeeping and laundry, meal planning, errands.
• Companion & Respite Care: provide companionship and engage in activities.
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Safety and Supervision: maintain a safe home and report changes to management.
• Documentation/Record Keeping: document client notes and timesheets.
