Job summary

CareAparent is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care across Minnesota. The role emphasizes safe, respectful, and reliable care with a focus on personal hygiene, nutrition, homemaking, companionship, and transportation support for seniors and disabled adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, car insurance.
• Current Minnesota CNA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Personal & Hygiene Care: assist with bathing, grooming, shaving, hair care, dressing and skin care.
• Nutrition: meal planning and preparation, including special diets; provide medication reminders.
• Homemaking Care: light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, meal prep, errands.
• Companion & Respite Care: provide companionship; lead activities and social engagement.
• Transportation: accompany to appointments, pick up medications, run errands.
• Safety and Supervision: report issues; maintain safe home environment; provide supervision.
• Documentation/Record Keeping: update client notes and communicate with coordinators.
