Job summary

CareAparent is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality, in-home care for seniors in Minnesota. You will support personal care, meals, mobility, and daily activities while maintaining professional communication with clients and families.

The position offers flexible scheduling with 20-40+ hours per week, weekly pay, paid training, PTO, and extensive benefits. A valid Minnesota CNA certificate, driver's license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal and hygiene care for seniors and disabled clients.
• Provide meal planning and preparation, including special diets, with medication reminders as needed.
• Perform homemaking tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and errands.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to keep clients connected.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands within a 20-mile radius.
• Maintain a safe home environment and report changes to supervisors.
• Document changes in client status and communicate with coordinators and managers.
