Job summary

CareAparent is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, client‑centered in-home care across Minnesota. You will perform personal care, meal support, light housekeeping, companionship, and safe supervision for seniors in their homes.

The role requires dependable, adaptable caregivers who communicate professionally and respect client dignity. The position offers weekly pay, paid training, PTO, travel pay, a 401(k) with employer match, and comprehensive health benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minnesota CNA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CNA credential in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal and hygiene care for seniors and disabled adults.
• Support meals and nutrition planning, including special diets and medication reminders.
• Assist with homemaking tasks such as light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and social engagement through activities and visits.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Maintain a safe home environment and report client changes to supervisors.
• Document changes and maintain care records and timesheets.
