Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors at home, helping with daily activities, safety, and independence while promoting a high quality of life.

You will follow personalized care plans, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, mobility, errands, and meals, provide emotional support, and enjoy flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required; a personal vehicle is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CBI and CAPS).
• Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Support mobility and fall prevention.
• Run errands and assist with shopping and medications.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with hydration.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
