Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced home-care aides in Tennessee. Join a growing team providing in-home support to clients to help them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The roles offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay.

Caregivers perform daily living activities, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companion support, while following individualized care plans and reporting changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
