Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team in Tennessee. This role offers competitive pay of $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities to fit your schedule.

As a caregiver, you’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, performing daily living activities, companionship, and reliable support. Training and compliance are emphasized as the company expands across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
