Qualifications

• CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time healthcare experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Home health care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Complete at least 8 hours of personal care training annually.
• Follow care plans accurately and work under supervision.
• Experience in housekeeping or domestic tasks.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and transferring clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate with client dignity in mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance in clients' homes.
• Perform basic hygiene tasks and domestic duties per care plans.
• Document clients' progress to support wellbeing.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility needs as required.
• Maintain a patient, calm demeanor in stressful situations.
• Attend to morning, midday, and evening routines as scheduled.
• Follow all legal and agency requirements and keep accurate records.
