Job summary

Gail's Homecare in Lithonia, Georgia, is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to help clients at home with basic personal hygiene and daily tasks, while documenting progress to support overall wellbeing.

The role requires CPR/First Aid, a high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of healthcare experience (3–5 years preferred); home health experience is strongly preferred. Shifts are Tue/Thu 9AM–5PM, pay is $13 per hour.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS and First Aid Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time healthcare experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks in clients' homes.
• Document clients' progress to support wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and supervision while working independently.
