Qualifications

• Reliability and dependable work ethic are essential.
• Strong reading, writing, and following complex instructions.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Provide a negative TB test and annual screenings.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to adapt to diverse home environments and schedules.
• Daily variation in assignments across different client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, light cleaning, and personal care.
• Coordinate care notes and client needs via a mobile app.
• Report any suspected abuse or neglect to supervisors promptly.
• Assist clients with transportation to appointments and errands.
