Job summary

Lifeline Homecare is hiring CareGivers to provide non-medical in-home services in Kentucky. Since 1989, Lifeline helps clients stay at home with compassionate care and support, including meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care.

We offer competitive pay from $14 to $16 per hour, on-demand pay, paid training, travel time and mileage reimbursement, and 401k with company match. Training milestones bring pay increases over time, with ongoing opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• Possess reliable transportation with adequate liability insurance and driver’s license.
• Negative TB test and undergo annual screening.
• Pass a criminal background check including Nurse’s Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-medical activities of daily living – cooking, cleaning, chores, personal care, transportation, etc.
• Report any suspected incident of abuse or neglect immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain professional appearance per company policy.
• Utilize mobile application to clock in and out and maintain/enter detailed daily care notes.
