Job summary

Lifeline Homecare Inc. in Kentucky is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in their own homes, enhancing independence and quality of life.

You will perform daily living tasks, coordinate care notes via our mobile app, advocate for client safety, and assist with transportation while delivering compassionate, respectful service. Training, benefits, and flexible scheduling support your success.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current liability insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Pass a criminal background check (including the Nurse’s Aide Registry) and a drug screen.
• Provide a negative TB test and annual health screenings.
• Physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping.
• Work in diverse home environments, from urban settings to remote or rural areas.
• Navigate different home settings with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: assisting with cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care.
• Care Coordination: manage the needs of multiple clients and maintain detailed care notes via the mobile app.
• Advocacy: report any suspected abuse or neglect to supervisors.
• Transportation: help clients get to appointments or run essential errands as ordered.
