Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support per the client’s care plan in Vancouver, WA. You will help with daily living activities, medication assistance as delegated, and companionship, ensuring client comfort and dignity during care sessions.

Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, communicating with the care team, and upholding safety standards while supporting client independence in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing.
• Minimum six months industry-related experience.
• Ability to obtain Washington Home Care Aide certification; RN delegation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plan as directed by In-Home Care Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep, housekeeping, medication assistance as delegated, transportation.
• Communicate changes in client condition to care management team.
• Maintain accurate client records per company policy, including medications and observations.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment; perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide emotional and social support; engage clients to promote independence and dignity.
• Report time and activities accurately via Telephony or Clear Care.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality; comply with HIPAA.
