Job summary

At Agape at Home in Florence, AZ is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in our community. The role focuses on preserving independence, dignity, and quality of life, with pay of $16.00–$20.00 per hour and weekly pay.

Work is in-person (in clients' homes) across Pima County, involving ADLs, mobility support, meals, and companionship. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans, support memory care, and ensure safety in

Qualifications

• Experience in home health, senior care, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, HIPAA regulations, and patient monitoring techniques.
• Familiarity with caregiving tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration, and housekeeping.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience when working with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide personal care including mobility assistance and transferring with equipment when needed.
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health status.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning and tidying of the home.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Support clients with memory care (Alzheimer's/dementia) through observation and tailored activities.
