Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes in Renton, WA. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship to enhance daily living.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and either a CNA or HCA credential (or are willing to obtain one). We offer flexible work options, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team dedicated to dignity and respect in elder care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HCA credential preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to observe and report patient changes accurately.
• Experience with elderly clients is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and reliability.
• Empathy and patience in elder care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance.
• Prepare meals and meet nutritional needs, including dietary requirements.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Foster social engagement and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
• Observe and report changes to healthcare providers or family.
• Support geriatric clients including dementia, arthritis, or mobility issues.
• Collaborate with families and care teams for coordinated care.
