Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support individuals in their own homes in Olympia, WA. You will provide essential personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship to help clients maintain independence.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and either a CNA or HCA credential, or are willing to obtain one. The role is in-person with flexible Full-time or Part-time hours and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of patient observation and reporting techniques.
• Experience working with elderly clients is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and reliability.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met, including special dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping.
• Foster social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
• Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to healthcare providers or family members.
• Provide supportive care for geriatric clients, including those with age-related illnesses such as dementia, arthritis, or mobility impairments.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care.
