Job summary

No Worries Care Tacoma invites compassionate in-home caregivers to support individuals in their own homes across Bothell, WA. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and friendly companionship to improve daily living.

Preferred CNA or HCA credential (or willingness to obtain) and at least one year of caregiving experience. We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation and training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to grow with a devoted team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, nursing homes, assisted living, etc.).
• CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met, including special dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping.
• Foster social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
• Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to healthcare providers or family members.
• Provide supportive care for geriatric clients, including those with age-related illnesses such as dementia, arthritis, or mobility impairments.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care.
