Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking qualified caregivers to support clients in their homes across Lincoln City, Newport, Yachats, Waldport, Pacific City and surrounding areas.

You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and help with transportation when needed. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and comprehensive training to help you grow as a trusted caregiver.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Have a reliable vehicle to transport clients
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers support clients in activities of daily living, including household chores, cooking, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to stores or appointments as needed
• Monitor and report on clients' condition
• Support clients with mobility and transfers as required
• Assist with basic meal preparation and light household tasks
