Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning team in Washington and Oregon.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and drive when needed. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and 24/7 caregiver support to ensure you never work alone.

No experience? We train new caregivers to meet client needs and maintain high-quality care while you grow your skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 10–50 lb
• Smartphone with capable mobile app
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Willing to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (household chores, meals, bathing, dressing)
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to stores or appointments as needed
• Monitor and report on clients' condition
