Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across the Gresham area. The role focuses on daily living activities, meal preparation, and companionship while maintaining client safety and comfort.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and hands-on training. No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed with diverse client needs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 10–50 lbs.
• Must own a smartphone and be able to use a mobile app.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Must pass state and national background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks.
• Prepare meals and assist with dining.
• Aid clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients to appointments or store as needed (driving required).
