Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Roseburg, OR is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide comprehensive in-home care. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care with a focus on safety and respect for clients in their homes.

The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for training, and weekly pay. You will join a supportive team that prioritizes client comfort, independence, and high-quality companionship across shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform all levels of care - not just light/companionship, including peri/personal care and transfers, or be willing to learn!
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance to transport clients in their own vehicle - mileage reimbursement provided!
• No live-in shifts currently available
• Shift examples include (but are not limited to): 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
