Family Resource Home Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across Oregon. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, consistent hours and pay, and 24/7 caregiver support to ensure you never work alone.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Perform light household tasks including cleaning, laundry and dishes.
• Prepare and/or serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients to appointments or store runs when required.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the supervisor.
