Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. We offer paid training, flexible hours, and weekly pay to support a reliable, caring team.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility support, personal care, light housekeeping, and following care plans. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year of experience are preferred; both full-time and part-time options available in Winfield, IL.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work full-time or part-time.
• Must be able to work in the USA with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and monitoring.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around home or outings.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene routines.
• Support clients with physical therapy exercises.
• Run errands or accompany to shopping as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator promptly.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the client care plan.
