Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and independent at home. You will provide non-medical care, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, benefits including health insurance, and a supportive team. Full-time or part-time positions are available in Monee, IL with direct deposit and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Follow the Care plan.
