Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility and personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and reporting incidents. We offer full-time or part-time roles in Hillside, IL and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience preferred.
• Must follow health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary considerations.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support during physical therapy and exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly in emergencies and follow the care plan.
