Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. Full-time or part-time positions are available in Glen Ellyn, IL, with paid training and flexible hours.

Caregivers provide medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, and light housekeeping, reporting incidents promptly and following care plans. A driver’s license and 1+ year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 1+ years.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Ability to assist with personal care, mobility, errands, and light housekeeping.
• Reliable, compassionate with good bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility at home or outside (appointments, walks).
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients perform physical therapy and exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the client's care plan.
