Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Westchester, IL. We provide non-medical home care and help clients stay safe and independent at home.

Caregivers deliver medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, and light housekeeping while following each client's care plan. Training is provided, with weekly pay and flexible hours, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Must be respectful with a good bedside manner and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and prescribed exercises.
• Shop for groceries or accompany clients on shopping trips.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies and follow care plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors.
