Endearment Unlimited is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in Dane County, Wisconsin. You will assist with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation as needed.

The role offers part-time and full-time schedules, requires a high school diploma, 1 year caregiving experience (preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication is essential, and you will work in clients' homes as part of a supportive

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with medication reminders and other client-specific tasks.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and well-being.
• Document care provided per company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to client care plan development.
