Job summary

Endearment Unlimited, LLC is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide in-home care, daily living support, and routine home upkeep for clients in Wisconsin. Availability between 7 a.m.–8 p.m. is strongly encouraged to apply.

You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and med reminders while helping clients maintain independence and dignity. You will document care and participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a working phone.
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.
