Job summary

Endearment Unlimited in Dane County, Wisconsin seeks an empathetic In-Home Caregiver to deliver personalized in-home support and assist with daily living tasks. You will help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and medication reminders, while promoting independence and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a working phone and ability to commute between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with med reminders and other client-specific tasks.
• Encourage clients to maintain independence.
• Document care and services per company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to client care plans.
