Job summary

Endearment Unlimited is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide in-home care and support to clients in Wisconsin. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor well-being, and help maintain independence within the home environment.

You'll work part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with a supportive team. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required to ensure safe, quality care across client homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a working phone.
• Able and willing to commute between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.
