Job summary

Endearment Unlimited in Sauk County, Wisconsin is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide in-home care and support to clients, helping with daily living tasks and light housekeeping in their homes.

We offer part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling; hourly pay from $18 to $19.50, paid travel time, PTO, 401k employer match, and birthday pay. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with med reminders and other person-specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.
