Job summary

Endearment Unlimited in Dane County, Wisconsin seeks an empathetic In-Home Caregiver to deliver personalized in-home support and assist with daily living tasks. You will help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and medication reminders, while promoting independence and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a working phone and ability to commute between client homes.

Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical In-Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Dane County, Wisconsin. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry
• Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Contribute to the development of client care plans

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a working phone
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home

Work Environment:

• Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visits
