Job summary

Almost Family - Central Oregon is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care and companionship for local seniors in Bend, OR. You will help with daily activities, monitor well-being, and ensure a safe, clean living space in clients' homes.

We seek empathetic individuals with a heart for service, able to pass background and drug screenings, and hold a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Benefits include PTO and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience caring for seniors or disabled individuals preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Document clients' progress and update caregivers about health needs.
• Create a safe, organized, and respectful home environment.
• Follow health and safety policies and regulations.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Escort clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
