Job summary

Almost Family Central Oregon in Sisters, Oregon is seeking compassionate home care providers to support seniors in their homes. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and practical assistance, empowering clients to maintain independence with dignity.

The role offers hourly pay of $20–$22, paid biweekly, and benefits including paid time off, healthcare, training, and development opportunities. Previous caregiver experience is valued, and you must pass a background check and driving

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
Compassionate heart with caregiving experience preferred.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
Observe client health, document progress, and communicate needs to family or supervisor.
Create a warm, safe, and organized living space for clients.
Follow health and safety policies and regulations.
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
Escort and transport clients to medical appointments and run errands.
