Job summary

Almost Family - Central Oregon in Bend is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and companionship for seniors.

The role offers $20-$22 per hour, paid biweekly, and a benefits package including PTO, healthcare, training, and development opportunities. Applicants must be 18+, have HS diploma, pass background and drug screen, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide nutritious meals prepared at home.
• Monitor clients' well-being and document progress.
• Maintain a safe, organized living space.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry.
• Escort clients to appointments and errands.
