Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and health care software such as WellSky Personal Care.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plan and assist clients with daily living activities in home or facility.
• Provide personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, errands, and companionship.
• Document care activities, report changes to supervisor, and maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
