Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Seattle, WA seeks an Experienced ALS Caregiver on the Eastside to deliver compassionate home-based care under an individualized plan.

You will assist with activities of daily living, perform housekeeping, meal prep and transportation, monitor client condition, and maintain records while communicating with the care team. Local travel and flexible shifts available, with late shifts. Privacy rules apply.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA or NAR certification in good standing.
• Minimum six months industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s care plan and assist with daily living activities.
• Provide housekeeping, meal prep, shopping and transportation as directed.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to care management.
• Maintain accurate records of care activities and times.
• Ensure a safe, clean home environment for clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional conduct.
