This role targets CNAs/HCAs with WA credentials or those who have completed 70 hours of Basic Training; nurse delegation certification is a plus. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and the care team emphasizes compassionate, client-centered support.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA or completion of 70 hours Basic Training; HCA paid training available for select candidates; Nurse Delegation certification a plus.
• Reliable with vulnerable clients and good communication via phone, email, and/or text.
• Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and be willing to drive clients; mileage reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s care plan under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, mobility.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands as directed by the plan of care.
• Maintain accurate client records and time worked.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly home environment.
• Uphold HIPAA privacy and report changes to the care team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support as required.
